How refills work

When you choose Subscribe & save, you agree to repeat orders. We charge the way you paid each time, until you cancel. One-time purchases are also available.

How often your subscription ships depends on how many bottles you choose. Before you pay, checkout shows your bottles, how often they ship and what each refill costs. The current subscription offer saves 15% on every refill.

One bottle ships every 30 days. Two bottles ship every 2 months. Three bottles ship every 3 months. You can skip a shipment or cancel before your next order date.

Change, skip or cancel

Open Manage subscription to see the next order date, change refill timing, skip a refill or cancel. You do not have to buy a set number of refills. There is no fee to cancel.

Make changes before the next order is charged. Cancelling stops future charges and refills. It does not cancel or refund an order you have already paid for. Email us right away to cancel that order. Once work on it starts, we may not be able to cancel it.

For help with access or cancellation, email support@trysteadia.com. We will confirm when a cancellation has been completed.

Price changes and returns

If your refill price will change, we tell you before it changes. We also get your consent when the law requires it. You can cancel before the new price applies.

Subscription orders follow our Refund policy. Shipping Protection is optional. It costs $4.99, or is free on orders of three or more bottles. It covers the order it is added to. It does not repeat on refills.
