Where we ship

We offer free standard shipping to the lower 48 US states. We do not currently ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.

Processing and delivery

Allow 2 to 5 business days to pack your order. Once shipped, it should take 2 to 4 business days to reach you by USPS Ground Advantage. Packing time starts once the order is accepted by our supplier. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

These times are estimates. A carrier delay or stock issue can make it take longer. If we learn of a major delay, we will contact you. We provide tracking once your order ships.

Tracking and address changes

Check your delivery details before ordering. You can view order updates through Track order.

To change an address or cancel, email support@trysteadia.com immediately. Once work on an order starts, we may not be able to change it. This can happen before it ships.

Missing or damaged packages

Contact us with your order number and details of the problem. If it is damaged, add a photo of the box and bottle if you can. Keep them until we reply. Do not use a bottle with a broken safety seal.

Optional Shipping Protection

You can add Shipping Protection for $4.99 in the cart. It is free on orders of three or more bottles. If a parcel is lost or damaged on its way to you, we send a new one free. It covers that order only. It is not added to future refills.

Email support@trysteadia.com to ask for a replacement. Shipping Protection is optional. It does not limit your rights under consumer law.
